You can delete your Maths Problem Solver account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Open Settings, tap Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm who you are — with your password, or with Google if that is how you signed in — and the account is removed immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, email mathsproblemsolver@hexavo.co.uk from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.
Your account and sign-in details, your display name and preferences, your saved solutions and the photos stored with them, and your quiz progress. All of it is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
Daily solve counts are kept for a short period as anonymous totals that are not linked to you, and are then removed automatically.
If you subscribe to Plus or Pro, deleting your account does NOT cancel the subscription — Apple and Google take the payment, not us, so only they can stop it. Cancel in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting, or you will continue to be charged.
