By using Maths Problem Solver, you agree to these terms.
The app is a learning aid. It reads maths problems from photos and explains how to solve them, and it offers lessons and quizzes for practice. It is meant to help you understand and check your work.
Solutions are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, especially for unclear photos or unusual problems. Always review the steps and use your own judgment. Do not rely on the app as a sole source of truth, and follow your school’s rules on acceptable use of study tools.
The free tier works without an account. Creating one requires an email address and a password, and you are responsible for keeping those secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Your plan renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm and vary by country. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple or Google account settings — deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
Because Apple and Google take the payment, they also handle refunds under their own policies — we cannot issue one directly. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the Play Store, go to Subscriptions, select the app and choose Help. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the period you are already in. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will help you put the case to the store.
Each plan includes a set number of photo solves per day, which reset daily. Free users may earn additional solves by watching an optional ad. We may adjust these limits, and will describe any change in the app before it applies to you.
Use the app only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse it, or use it to violate anyone’s rights.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
The app’s lessons, quizzes, artwork, and text are provided for your personal use within the app. Photos you provide remain yours.
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
